Michael W. Gray

Professor, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia

Mr. Gray is a fellow of the Program in Evolutionary Biology, Canadian Institute for Advanced Research, a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and holder of the Canada Research Chair in Genomics and Genome Evolution.

He has authored more than 200 science-related publications and recently completed a term as inaugural chair of the Science and Industry Advisory Committee of Genome Canada.
