Alberta Ingenuity is accountable to Albertans and reports to the Government of Alberta through the Minister of Advanced Education and Technology. An annual report is submitted to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and a more comprehensive triennial report is produced every three years. An International Board of Review also assesses Ingenuity operations every six years.
